• Monday 18 March 2024 BPET Girls Football Tournament 2024 55 girls from across the London ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº travelled to Watling Park School's outdoor sports facilities on March 18th for the annual Girls Football Tournament. The atmosphere was filled with anticipation as the teams prepared to take to the pitch, ready to display their talent and sportsmanship throughout the day.
• Friday 1 March 2024 School Minister Praises BPET Schools For High Pupil Performance School Minister Rt Hon Damian Hinds MP praised exceptional performance of Braywick Court School, Deer Park School, ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School, Rutherford House School and Whiteknights Primary School in last year's SATs.
• Tuesday 27 February 2024 BPET Boys Football Tournament 2024 Watling Park School hosted the annual Year 3 and 4 boys football tournament at their outdoor sport facilities, on 26th February.
• Wednesday 24 January 2024 ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº at 10 Downing Street A group of 15 children from ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School had the incredible opportunity to visit 10 Downing Street recently.
• Monday 4 December 2023 ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School expansion works completed We are delighted that the ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School‘s expansion works are now complete, offering pupils better spaces, a more stimulating environment and, consequentially, wider breadth of opportunities for learning.

• Tuesday 17 October 2023 ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School gets 'Eco School' Green Flag Accreditation We are very proud of ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School, our Outstanding STEM school in Wokingham (Berkshire), who has been awarded the Eco School Green Flag last September.
• Tuesday 17 October 2023 Launching our School Centred Initial Teacher Training Since BPET was founded, we had a long-standing ambition: to train teachers in our schools.
• Monday 11 September 2023 Ofsted confirms Watling Park School to be Good in all areas Watling Park School was visited by Ofsted inspectors in June 2023 and was judged as ‘Good’ once more, which is a confirmation of their first inspection in 2018.
• Wednesday 6 September 2023 No RAAC found in ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº There has been a considerable media coverage recently regarding Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) and its use in ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº settings. RAAC is a lightweight form of concrete; because it is weaker than regular concrete, concerns have been raised about its long-term durability.These concerns have escalated during the summer resulting in a more precautionary approach by the DfE if RAAC is contained, rather than contained and critically weak. This has resulted in the DfE instructing about 100 schools to partially or fully close, preventatively.

• Monday 26 June 2023 Inspiring STEM Fair at ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School On 22 June, the day before International Women Day in Engineering, ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School contributed to challenge stereotypes by hosting a STEM Fair (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) together with other 19 primary and secondary local schools.
• Friday 16 June 2023 Braywick Court School judged Outstanding In April 2023, Braywick Court School was visited by an Ofsted inspector who was impressed by all aspects of life within the school.
• Wednesday 14 June 2023 ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School extension building works ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Primary School is an Outstanding primary school in Wokingham. It is part of BPET and it is the first STEM school of the area, founded in 2014. Since then, the school has gone from strength to strength, has become the school of choice within the community and is now oversubscribed.
• Wednesday 3 May 2023 TT Rockstars Competition 2023 450 Year 4 pupils across eight schools spent the whole of April perfecting their times tables within our first ever TT Rockstars Competition.
• Tuesday 2 May 2023 Whiteknights Primary School is a Good school Whiteknights Primary School was visited by Ofsted inspectors on 28 Feb and 1 March 2023 and was judged as Good in all areas.
• Thursday 13 April 2023 Interview with Alison Colenso Alison Colenso has been appointed Interim Director of Education for the academic year 2023-2024. Mrs Colenso will step into Laura Gregory’s shoes whilst away on a year’s sabbatical. We caught up with Mrs Colenso ahead of her starting in June 2023 to get to know her a little better.
